Hi:
i don't know what i changed on ffdshow or in dvbdream, but some in channels I can't get sound using ffdshow. Only using other codecs, I'm able to get sound. I know that is has worked with ffdshow on this channel. But I've tried to uninstall an reinstall ffdshow and no success. Where can the problem be?

Which channel(s)?? Use ctrl+c in DVB Dream and then paste it here by ctrl+v.
Try to reset ffdshow settings and check the recommended options here:

Using other audio decoder works well

I can't check it, I don't have a signal there. Do you tried what I have suggested?

Not yet. but since it's working with other audio decoder

. I think it has something to do with the audio format used on this channels. I will try that trick later

Ohhhh
It is working now by using mp3lib instead of libmad
first change to mp3lib and apply it and ok even if it does not working right away leave it like that and switch to another channel and use other audio decoder like moon light and apply it and switch to other channel then return back to ffdshow and select it and apply it
It should work my new version of ffdshow is ffdshow-rev1019_20070311
Thanks alot for you Dreamer and it may help other members and visotors

Confirmed, it's libmad, it works good with mp3lib.
However I have the problems also with Elecard LII, nVidia and Nero on this channel only, so there's something strange with this channel.
jrosado - could you try to change this option (above) on the Cabo TP you've reported above please? I'd like to add this hint to ffdshow topic (Recommended options), but I need to confirm this problem on more channels. Thanks.

Hi thanks Dreamer for reply I will confirm it to you
I have tried mp3lib in ffdshow with the channels that was not working with libmad means mono channels all of them are working now
for ex. Rotana Tarab on Nilesat (12130 V 27500) (mono channel Audio) OK
Rotana Cinema on Nilesat (11766 H 27500)(mono channel Audio) OK
AbuDhabi Tv on Nilesat (11747 V 27500)(mono channel Audio) OK
E! channel on Hotbird (10723 H 29900)(mono channel Audio) OK
