Which card supports DiSeq, recordi & HDTV modu (Turbo 8S

The more I am learning the more I realize that none of these cards really seem to support everything a hardware box can. Is that true? I thought maybe I would buy a SkyStar2 card but it's specs say it only supports QSPK.
