DD 1.3a + ncemu problem (not in DD 1.2e)

I've a regular provider subscription and I use nceumu 0.1.0.2 with DD (SkyStar 2 DVB-S) to watch encrypted channel.
With DD 1.2e it works fine without any problem.

With DD 1.3a there is a problem. When I start DD and the channel selected is encrypted, no video decoding is perfomed (black screen). Plugin is enable.
I need to change channel (crypted or unencrypted it's the same) and return to the previous channel to see it.
This is a BIG problem for scheduled recording. When start recoding, there is no video.
So I can't schedule encrypted channel recording.
I need to fallback to previous 1.2e version.

Any idea ?

Update.

I've configured WinCSC 1.20 and NewCS 1.19 RC2.
They work fine and with DD 1.3a there is NOT the problem above.
So I believe there is some trouble with NCEMU.

I'd like use NCEMU because it is simpler and it has a greater speed.
I appreciate if this little bug can be resolved.
