1.3a doesn't work with Twinhan 7021A

1.3a refuses to work with Twinhan StarBox-II (details in signature). The error is always the same: the device cannot be started. Logs state that DD finds the correct DTV-DVB USB device and then fails.

Using latest BDA drivers from Twinhan's site. Tried putting DLL of both Twinhan streamreader by Joshy and BDA streamreader by Black_Trinitron into the \Devices folder. Nada.

Unfortunately I already deinstalled DD 1.3a so please don't enquire about logs.
