scheduler not recording

hi a little problem using 2.71.When I schedule a program in dvb+ it shows up in the scheduler but never starts.I have reinstalled in c drive and tried installing as administer. I'm using win 10 any help is appreciated.thank you

Please check how it is saved in Windows Scheduler , all parameters are correct ? DVB Dream path, etc
At the command prompt, type Taskschd.msc to open up Windows Scheduler

as you can see from the pdf,the task does not show up in the scheduler. any ideas or information I can provide? thank you for the help

well I installed 2.71 on another windows 10 computer and the scheduling worked just fine.It must be a win 10 problem.Thanks

2.81, I've just upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 64 bit from Windows 7 Ult 64 bit and have lost the ability to schedule recordings as well.

I set up the schedule as administrator and it appears in the DVB Dream schedule but never starts, remaining in the schedule list after the start time has passed.

Tried a fresh re-install in a different folder to no avail, any suggestions please?

I need to test this, since a few reports are already there, but you can try to make sure DVB Dream works as administrator, try to change schedule options to have full windows admin rights ( in Windows scheduler)

Still stuck on this.

Tried an uninstall of the three instances I had running (2 X DVB-S + DVB-T) as I found I could not scan on one instance though I had all channels. Complete removal of all DVB Dream files (application and program data) and ccleaner on the reg and reinstalled one instance

Still unable to schedule recordings, three months now, help appreciated.

Would be nice to get some suggestions for a product I've paid for.

Discovered that the sleep timer / shutdown scheduling works which seems strange when the recording scheduler does not!

What diagnostics can I do please?

Windows 10 anniversary applied and scheduling still not working under administrator account, neither are replies to this forum.

DD Scheduler is updated for recent Windows versions in upcoming version. (v3.0)
However, you need to use DVB Dream elevated (that is, you need to start DVB Dream by right clicking icon and clicking on "Run as administrator". Even though your user acccount might be administrator in Windows, you still need to do this in Windows 10)

This is because DVB Dream uses Windows Scheduler. To utilize Windows scheduler functionality , admin rights are needed.
