v1.4b - small stable freezing (VMR only ?)

Still the same freezing with nVidia and ATI in 1.4g - I can't test ffdshow - it's missing!? Also InterVideo audio codec is missing, strange, I'll start the new topic.

Edit: So these codecs are missing also in 1.3c, I'll restart the computer and let you know then.
