Freeze when displaying EPG

Postby DSoft » Sun Feb 10, 2008 1:54 pm

There's a new bug in 1.4i (1.4h works).

When I open the EPG window (Ctrl+E) the entire PC freezes as soon as the 5sec wait time is over (or when I press stop).

It happenend multiple Times on Premiere HD. I currently cannot try other channels or attach a log as I only have access using remote desktop and cannot phone someone every 5 mins for resetting the PC.

I'll update the information as soon as I'm at home (if there's no new version by then).

OK, i did some checks today. The Problem only occurs on the Premiere HD and Discovery HD. Other channels (encrypted and free) are working.

The entire PC freezes as soon as the EPG window is displayed. Everything worked fine with 1.4h. 1.4i and 1.4ip1 does not work.

A few minutes ago I experienced the freeze with SAT.1 Comedy.

The interesting thing is it didn't freeze right away when displaying the window. I could scroll once and then it did freeze.

Currently the EPG function is unusable with this problem. It never happened till 1.4h. 1.4i and 1.4ip1 have the problem.

Has this problem been fixed? I had to drop back to 1.4h because the system cpu would shoot up to 100% and basically freeze up.
