Positioner "Seconds" is not right.

ok -- 1 arcsecond is 1/3600 of a degree. I don't know how many degrees is in 1 "step" in the positioner console, but I would expect it to be much less.
In any case, I have a powertech dg280 motor. moving 1 second is more than one degree in my observations. For example, moving 1 second west of 99 W is further west than if I asked it to go to 100W.
I should mention that I have noticed that you can get bogus reception to the motor of the Diseqc signals if you have a signal meter in line. however turning the gain all the way down seems to allow it to work properly (can tune to channels, watch video)
