[psisdecd.dll] crash during scanning

Most of the times I get exception while performing Channels->Scan.

Crashes are on different channels.

DVBDream 2.2b p1
Windows 8
TT 3200
positions: 13E, others.

Clean install. No plugins. All Modules disabled.

Exception:

check signal level and packet losses please.

dvbdream crash frq 11034 eutelsat 9a.
But xcruiser and dreambox There is no problem with the receiver.

For XP, please install following hotfix: MS psisdecd.dll patch http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896626

For other operating systems, try to go to Device Options (under main menu->options) , then remove the tick from "Include TIF in BDA Graph...", restart DVB Dream
