OPEN PIP IN ENCRYPTED CHANNELS "there is an Ex Pic inside"

HI

i have a problem with encrypted channels PIP if i open PIP in normal Channels no problem but if i open encrypted channels

i have the CAM INTERFACE and the smart card if i open one channel no problem if i open a second channel the second one is black no picture and the first is ok

my device is : TBS 6928
