Re: Anyway to Ask for Driver Updates for SkyStar 2 eXpress H
This is indeed a problem, I also ran across when I bought that card. DVB Dream is not the only software that crashes the driver, so does e.g. CrazyScan. The only fix I could find was using the card in a Windows XP x86 computer, maybe other x86 systems work too. I tried running the card with other drivers than the official ones, but no DVB-S2 driver out there worked except for the also-bugged dual tuner version. The support said that running third-party tools is not supported, but why are they providing a BDA driver if not for running third-party applications? After I was told that, I returned that card. There is little chance that this card will ever be viable on 64-bit systems. I'm not sure if you can install the driver in Windows XP mode and then run DVB Dream in XP mode, too. You may have to disable DirectX acceleration in the virtual machine's dxdiag to start DD, however this may slow down the VM more than DD can handle.
Good luck. This card is a shame.

I also recommend returning card, since they are not interested in supporting 3rd party.
I recommend TBS (if in europe/asia/africa) and Genpix (if in USA or CA) cards if you can get any, I am in touch with their engineers and been all the time good co-workers.
If any other company helps 3rd party support their card further, I will recommend them too

Re: Anyway to Ask for Driver Updates for SkyStar 2 eXpress H
I use TBS 6925 PCI-e and TBS 5925 USB a lot (Europe). Both work quite fine. (with DVB-S2, MIS/ ACM/ VCM and blind scan support) Any other TBS model should work fine too, though not tested by me.
Genpix Skywalker models for North America.
