Saving of scanning results to Text file

Postby Betatester » Sun Sep 24, 2006 7:21 pm

I'm DX-er - I made daily scannings of satellites that I can now receive.

My idea is small option for DX-ers like me - to save scanning result to text file (as button in results window - with one click save all results to file named like that: (date) - (%hour).txt on place, where are saved recordings for example)

Structure of this saved file could be:

Added:

Type of service [tab] Name [tab] Service Provider [tab] Transponder [tab] (and if can be done - PID V/A/PCR/TXT/AC3/TXT/SID/encryption type - that could be cool ;) if not - only to Transponder field)

Modified

Type of service [tab] Name [tab] Service Provider [tab] Transponder [tab] What was changed [tab] (and if can be done - PID V/A/PCR/TXT/AC3/TXT/SID/encryption type - that could be cool ;) if not - only to What was changed field)

Yes - I know - that's not very important, but it would be very nice for DX-ers like me ;) Maybe someday in future ;)

BTW: I think that it would be cool if DVB Dream when searching give more information about channels in result window (PIDs, SID, Encryption, maybe also TID, NID, PMT, ECMs, EMM ;) )
