better Mutli monitor/ EPG handing

I've just installed 2.2b and it's nice to have a working EPG after all these years
...so now I've requests for improvements!

When switching between the EPG and closing it to the main window either of them seem to like to go back to the primary monitor and not the one I use for my TV.

This'll be annoying as I sometimes turn the others off to watch telly.

Can it be better at remembering, or perhaps I can tell DVBDream to think a different monitor is primary?

Would be nice if F9 also closed the EPG when it's open too
