1.3 - Scheduled / PIP recording problems

Postby Dreamer » Mon Nov 13, 2006 2:45 pm

- open PIP window and start recording (the PIP window)
- set scheduler to record any channel soon
= when recording is started, PIP window is closed and recording is stopped, without any warning*

- then, set scheduler to record any channel soon
- wait until it starts
- open PIP window and start recording (the PIP window)
= when recording (in the main window) is stopped, also recording in the PIP window is stopped

* - not sure if it's a bug, or how this could be solved

Hi Dreamer
I have one question for you:
When I start sheduling/record on 2-3 chanels at the same time i have problems.
For example , start CH 1 in 12:30 h till 15:00, then CH 2 in 13: 00 till 15:30.CH 1 recording till 13:00, then CH2 start recording and CH 1 stops!!!!
Is this regular or no?!
I made list in sheduler, when each channel must recording in diferent time ( like example), but have problem ...

Yes, it's normal (a bug?), you have to select all channels you want record (in internal scheduler) and set time to start of the first program and the end to end of the last program, this is only solution, for now.

not a bug (Both)

pip channels should be scheduled as a group , not seperate. since there is only on duration parameter for scheduled record.
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it

OK, but it's still a danger behavior. Moving to Feature Requests.
