It currently doesn't work now and DDSource.ax is very slow using anything other than Overlay. I am using NVidia Purevideo.
Thanks.

As Rel previously wrote, latest stable release of DD is 1.3c, and it works fine with this release.
And the fact that you can not render video on secondary monitor using Overlay mode is directly related to hardware and/or hardware drivers.

Should this post be moved Bugs section for the VMR slowness in new DDSource.ax? Moderator, please do so if you feel there is a need for it.

I have a suggestion to make the overlay Video Render work fine with out any fade in the pictuer, first use inter video codec or nVidia PureVideo then choose Overlay Video render from video render, then push Apply first then ok , after that it should work fine even with (Multi-Monitor)
Notice)))
you have to push Apply first, then OK

There is really no way to show video on the secondary monitor. Please please please please make this feature to work. MyTheater can show video on the secondary monitor with the same video card setup I have.

I use DD on secondary monitor all the time while I work on primary.
(nVidia 8600GT)
if you use extended desktop ? (that would be more useful for many other things too)

Yes it works fine here too (on Windows XP). Tested with a GeForce 7900GS, a GeForce 7600GS and a GeForce 6600GT.

it guess the not working part is when you start DD on primary screen and then try to drag it to the secondary screen. I will have to change channel on second screen once DD has been move to there for the tv show to show there. Is there a way to make the move smoother? I can just move the window from primary to secondary without needing to change channels.
Also, there is a small glitch. After doing the above and exit DD, it will give a error dialog and crash.

Use the Reset DS on buffer overflow option and display will reappear on second monitor after the DS reset. Or you can simply use the Ctrl+W shortcut to manually reset DS.
