PIP for multiple output VIDEO and AUDIO

PIP it's a great idea. But who use 2 two on monitor? and 3? and 20?

It would be an optimal solution if possible redirect
video 1 monitor
video 2 TV OUT

audio 1 - Audio on motherboard
audio 2 - my Creative Audigy output (or line2 OUT, ....)

so... i stay in front of PC (with all Peace of the world.. ) and view SOCCER GAME
and someone stays in the kitchen viewing MTV or Beautiful soap...

it's possible redirect codec on 2 hardware?
