Option to consolidate any black bars

If viewing 16:9 on a 4:3 monitor, or vice versa an option to consolidate the black bars to either top/bottom or left/right. Which would allow viewing another channel via PIP to not to overlap the main channel.

Hauppauge WinTV Nova TD Stick (DVB-T) using drivers from 4.1 CD
