DVBEPG "Schedule" -> Adds to DVBDream scheduler

It's nice to have a central list of all scheduled programs! Would be great if right-clicking on DVBEPG and select "Schedule" would add program scheduling to DVBDream's scheduler!
Also would be great if a name of the program could be specified explicitly (instead of from EPG), that way DVBEPG could specify the name of the program (or it could be hand-entered by user).
Really important feature!
