Device support for skystar USB 2

Dvbdream supports only skystar USB 1.
I have skystar USB 2 and cant use it with DVBdream.My computer is a laptop.In the past i had a desktop pc and have skystar2.I sell it and bought a laptop but i cant use dvbdream now.Please help.
Can someone write *.dev file for support skystar usb 2.
Or i have to exchange this with pinnacle pctv usb or skystar USB 1.
BDA driver not works too.
