Format 16:9 versus 4:3

Watching DVB-T with USB stick.
Some channels broadcast 16:9 (ARD), but what I see is a 4:3 format.
So everything can be seen but people look very tall.
I can't find some button to stretch the screen. It keeps it's ratio.
What to do?

I think you should be able to right-click the DvbDream screen, click aspect ratio, click 16:9

that should do it.

just select one of VMR7/9 renders
then right click on video window and
select "Keep Aspect Ratio VRM"
also you can select and other video decoder with support
auto aspect ratio
