All Settings Folder

Settings folder for all DD settings (and channel list...) files would be nice, it would be easier to backup / restore all settings files. Now there are multiple settings files and it's quite confusing...

chlist.chl
rc.dat *
Settings.cfg
viewable.ini

b2c2.ini (Devices folder)
maybe more in "Tools" folder
