Native Cam support for DVBWorld USB-S2 CI/CA

Currently, I'm using the magicCam.dll plugin that comes with DVBWorld drivers. However, it would be nice to have native support in DVBDream for it (using that dll) to make the CAM support seamless in DVBDream. There aren't a whole lot of DVB-S2 tuners that have builtin CAMs; so it would be nice to add DVBWorld to the short list of DVBDream supported CAMs.
