I welcome again !!!
I test the the just newest version DvbDream 1.2c and I have to say that he is stable, he lacks the option CROPPING unfortunately farther, I know that ffdshow this has but but not all just have to use this codec. Why I do not know the author of the programme does not already want to add this option but some day something was like this in the version 0.87b. At me (at friends also) ffdshow is not so stable as Cyberlink !!! The programme is super and depends me on this option that is why. So I ask the author if he let adds such options maybe. Sorry for English.

First, please use a better Subject next time.

I know what you mean, it would be better to crop / zoom with any codec, I support this request too.

I dont know when it will be implemented, untill then you could try ffdshow again, read Recommended options in this topic. You can try also new version(s), install new drivers...
