Upgrade versions without full re-install

It would be very useful, to help those who run multiple instances of DVBDream to record various channels, if there was a simplified upgrade between versions.

It's not clear what files are new each release, and it takes a while (as in several hours) to install the new version, copy all the files over the old directories, then re-set some things up.
Just doing a new install and then overwriting all the files in the other instances of DVBDream resets too much and you have to start to configure everything all over again.

So perhaps a delta file of just new/updates files between releases (but only prior to latest so it forces people to keep current which they should given all the excellent work going on recently).
