EPG+ suggestions and improvements

- click the channel to show the actual program from that channel
- TV window size is for 4:3 AR, I'd change it to 16:9, perhaps a bit larger
- more space between the events, outlines(?) - horizontal and vertical, to make the layout clearer
- add the scrollbar, as option
- highlight the actual time
- add "add to scheduler" button"
- double click a tv window to close epg+ and show the main DD window
- change "Close" button to "Close EPG+"
- Escape or other shortcut to close EPG+
- show 5 channels above the current one, as in DD main window channel list*
* I mean to show the current channel in the middle, not in the first line. Perhaps the number of channels above might be changed from 5 to 9 or custom - in the DD channel list and EPG+ list.
