Same/better order of context menu items

For main window (add few items there), TV window, Fullscreen and PIP windows. PIP item could be last but one (or a bit higher), but first is not good, because if you open context menu, PIP sub-menu is shown always. So I suggest this:

- TV window/Main window/Fullscreen/Swap PIP and non-PIP channel*
- Mute
- Stay on top
- Rec.
- Cancel Rec.
- ...
- OSD**
- EPG**
- Scheduler**
- Plugins or single Teletext item**/Plugins for PIP
- PIP
- Filters** (Video>Active DS filters)
- AR (maybe a single item and sub-menu would be enough - it's not used very often)
- Exit/Close PIP

Maybe some items are not so important (scheduler, OSD, Filters). What do you think? Suggestions are welcomed.
