Add HTTP LAN Streaming

It will be cool to add support of steaming using http and the ability to change channel thru the internal web server to show EPG. Very similar to what AVBroadcast does. http://www.seanster.com/avb/
However, Dvbdream doesn't save any EPG data. It soley relies on the DVBEPG module. Prephaps, we should start to prase and save EPG data whenever we see the EPG data in the stream.
