Video preference horizontal and vertical zoom together

I envision there could be a checkbox below the sliders in Video prefs with label "Preserve aspect ratio" (or something of similar meaning). When checked, moving one slider moves the other exactly the same amount. If unchecked, then they can move independently. Although not really an interesting feature or one I would use often, it would be convenient.
