DVBDream 1.3C don't compatible 100% with VISTA AERO !!!

with Vista and Aero enable DvbDream when is in TV Window mode I can't to move the window. Please fix the problem in next version !!! but when will out the new version? THANKS FOR YOUR BEST WORK !!!
