How do you select a tuner device ?

I have created a "MCE" application with the MSVidCtl control. I would like to select a tuner device.
I have seen in the site the topic 'DVB Dream - Freeware' but there is no code. There is : StartDevice() dwDeviceNo:0 ...

Could you tell me how DVBDream works for this action ?
