Where to get the signal strange info

To make my fibo-box system automatic search and follow the sat we need a signal of a transponder.
I now skystar cards have a small tool that show sigal and Q.
This we can use to make a converter to make a voltage from
0,5 to 3,5 V for the system to work and search.
Is this tool also avaleble for DD???
Or is there some one that have make some like this???
