Is there a working module or sw to import channels list from csv or sdx format ?

If you get the SatcoDx application, it can export all selected transponders in .ini format. You have to go to tele-satellite.com magazine to get the utility.

Thanks friend but not transponder, I would like to import/export data from dvbdream .CHL file.
