You can ask for more help on the forum here, about the functions, if you can't find out how to use.

This SDK can be used to write DVB Dream *.mod extension/plugin files (which goes into \modules folder)

If you want to write a *.dll plugin (which goes into \plugins folder) , please use MDAPI (since it is 3rd party, use google to find info about that) You can make calls to DVB Dream ModuleAPI functions from MDAPI as well.
