error during satellite scan (Access violation)

After DVBdream scanned the satellite and showed me the channels found I received an error.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

similar error except this error has a different read address.

should be fixed in v1.5c
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it
