windows server 2012 dvb dream 2.71 device not found

the bugs that are most likely related to user configuration (like a specific hardware, codec or driver prob) or impossible to find a logical reason at the moment. The problems in this category might be fixed in future versions as users keep confirming them with additional information.

mmm I need to test but I guess it is probably because of the access rights etc.
currently can't help much, I'll try to have server installed and test it later
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it

install and use it always with admin rights. I guess Windows Server environment blocking something like registery acceess there.
