unfortunately I don't feel happy when I announce bad news - bugs.
There is a problem with Smartvision Cdvbany2030s card when you hibernate the windows and then turn him ON, run the DVBDREAm, there will be no signal and you can't use the card until you restart your PC.
Looks like a driver problem but I'm not shure.
