DvbDream HEVC codec for Windows 10 fall creators update

Hello,
Since I installed fall creators update, I cant watch DVB-T2 HEVC channels. When I choose LAV Video Decoder as the HEVC codec, I see only black screen. When I try CyberLink Video decoder as the HEVC codec, I see the video, but it strongly flickers. Can anybody help me choose correct HEVC codec for Windows 10 fall creators update? Thank you.
