No signal on 119w

Postby yendog » Wed Oct 24, 2007 6:56 am

Hi,
I'm using an old direct tv dish and standard lnb, I have it pointed at 119, and know that there is a signal there because I found the satellite by connecting it to a reciever.
I've tried all typs of lnb settings but none work.
I know that everything is working in DD because I was able to watch BEV 1 and 2. But for the life of me I can't seem to get 119 to work.
I'm not using any Diseqc settings (set on NONE)
Any answers out there.

if you are not using a diseqc switch, LNB type might be misconfigured, Make sure you have selected the right LNB Type and LOFs if you are using a non-standard LNB. You must make sure of that you are trying to tune on a DVB-S (QPSK) transponder. If modulation is different than this, your SS2 wont be able to see any signal level.

if you are using a diseqc switch, you will need Mibi's patched WDM drivers for SS2 to perform better with diseqc and switches on DVB Dream. (use B2C2-Direct device.)
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it
