Chieta diseqc and zinwell 4x4

I have the following setup

Receiver ---- Chieta Heavy Duty Diseqc ---- 4x4 Zinwell Multiswitch --- LNBs

This setup is currently working just fine for FTA STB without any issue. What is the proper setting for diseqc and switch for this configuration. I can't seem to get any signal at all. The DVB-S is 103G by Digiwave. Standard circular LNB with LO=12.25 GHZ and 12.20 - 12.70 GHZ input range
