Twinhan 1027 !?!HELP!?! Please :)

Unable to get device working in 1.3c, Im very new to PCI, Im pretty sure everything is installed correct as far as teh card it self goes. Im not sure if I need some other drivers or what ever in order for dream to see my card. However I did d/load and install the VP SDK file. Now that let me pick a device and it showed in upper left corner of dream, but no matter what I did, I couldnt get a singal, and all scan, nothing was found..

Also when installed my card it shows in the PC Devices as a ( DTV-DVB 1027 DVBS BDA)

This Q maybe dumb, but remember im new to this lol... Is BDA diff from SDK??

Try the bda driver. Make sure you have the correct sat selected.

I did that, it seems i cant get a signal. I had this issue with another app as well, but turning on the LNB power took care of that. Is there a place in 1.3c to turn it on/off. if so i cant find it lol..
