Skystar HD on Vista 64

I have an intel dual core E6600 with 2GB of RAM and Vista 64-bit. My card is the Skystar HD. But i cant find drivers to install it. Nothing recognise it on vista 64. Can anyone help me with it ?
Hardware: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, 2GB RAM, GeForce 7600GT, SB Audigy 2, SkyStar HD(TT S2-3200), Dish-Offset 110cm
Software: Windows 7 RC x64

did you ask manufacturer?
who else can have drivers?
AMD x2 3800+, 2GB RAM, nVidia 6600GT (AGP)
latest BETA nVidia Audio/Video codecs (Cyberlink for H.264)
genpix 8PSK-to-USB2, Twinhan 1020
