schedule channel change witout recording

Hello, this is my first post and i would just like to say what a great piece of software DD is!!!!!!!!
ok now to business, have read lots of post, read the tut's but dont seem to be able to answer my question, which is,
can i schedule channel changes without recording, ive used schedule and epg but each time the channel changes it also records. im using 1.4h
