DVBDream and MPC codec

On internet I found a good information:
talking about H.264 channel I found that there's a codec which works very good on this kind of channels.
Actually it's true in fact after recording a .TS file with which I have a slow video during real-time visualization, when I lunched the player

the video file works good.

My question is:
How is it possible to use this codec with DVBDream?

P.S: I found a file MPCVideoDecoder.ax but I don't know how I can install it on my computer
