hauppauge hvr 4000 problem with motor - it's firm - help me

Hi
I have a problem whit my sat-pci hauppauge hvr 4000 and dvbdream 1.4i.
I cannot drive the engine (motor SD3m12).
I configured dvbdream and I tried with usals or only enable positioner but the SD3m12 remains firm.
Can you help me please?

DVB card hauppauge hvr 4000 (or jepssen trio hd pci, is the same) - Dish 100 - rotor SM3D12 Satellites from 57 E to 30 W - AMD core duo dual 6000+ 3ghz - ram 4gb pc2-4000 533 dual channel - nvidia geforce 8400 gs 512mb -Windows vista 32bit
