BDA configuration for USB2 HD CI brand of Skystar2

I can not make BDA ALL device run on my Skystar2 USB HD CI. It seems catch the signal and quality but is a lack of image. The normal brand oF BDA seems to work but lately i have problems of only partial scanning. I suspect an incorrect configuration on BDA ALL.INI or BDA.INi but I erase them and problem subsist. Any suggestion apreciated. Thanks
