Diseqc does not work with DVB dream and my Skystar 2 HD

Diseqc does not work with DVB dream and my Skystar 2 HD on Windows 7 64-bit . I'm using the latest version of DVB dream (DVB Dream v1.5c). What do we get it to work? With ProgDVB works fine with the BDA drive. :cry:
