Fix:AzureWave AD-SP200 (Twinhan 1027) WinXP x86 Driver patch

- This patch fixes the problem of having to reboot every time dvbdream crashes in order to use the card again.
- Also fixes system crash when changing channels.

Read Readme.txt for installation and testing.
