DVB dream can stream currently viewed channel over a network. You can then use VLC media player to do the transcoding and let remote users connect to the machine runing VLC. Ideally you should get a dedicated server for that because video takes a lot of bandwidth.
I was speculating about converting ts file from DVB dream to nsv and let it stream to a shoutcast server but I've found no solution.
According to my knowledge there is no such solution counting all the free players besides DVB dream.

P4 3.0GHz 1024 MB of ram, nvidia Geforce 6600, SS2 rev 2.6, WDM drivers 4.41, SG2100, always latest DVBDream with the latest FFDshow.
