Scan select symbol rate feature

Regarding the select symbol rate feature in the scan dialog...

I don't know if it's used in DVB around the globe but in North America the popular symbol rate 19510 is typically only for Digicipher which these cards cannot demodulate.

I'd like to see 4232, 3979, 29270, 4340, and 26700 added to the list.

Or better yet an option to change the list of available rates, in preferences section or somewhere.
Twinahn 1020A, WinXP Pro, Dual Athlon 1800, 3 meter C/Ku dish and toroidal Ku dish.

possible in next version , (I will probably extend hardcoded values)
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it
