I have a problem with watching one AVC channel. The other two in this multiplex work fine.
Since now I have wathed it in MPEG2, but the provider has recently turned off all MPEG2 transmissions and use only MPEG4/AVC (they are going to begin HD tests soon).
I've got only sound. The picture freezes just about 0.5 second after starting the channel and I can see, that after some time (depending on buffer size I specify), the video buffer overflows. If I uncheck "reset Directshow on buffer overflow" option it just goes on with the frozen picture. Nothing changes.
Sometimes before the overflows the sound stops, and the picture starts.

I just made a recording and it seems to play with MPC (the picture too), but the sound is delayed to the picture (about 8 seconds). It seems this is a problem with application itself. It is not able to synchronize audio and video correctly (I guess so).
On another forum I have read, that on some channels they use VBR for video stream. Maybe this is the problem?
Of course I don't expect developers to live in Warsaw, so I put the recording. I hope it'll help.
